Instructions on how to submit for Prior Approval:
Click the Request Prior Approval TAB. Then click Submit Prior Approval. Fill out the Online Prior Approval form
and click "Browse" to search for the proposed ad file(s) to be reviewed. Click "ADD" for the file(s) to be attached.
Click Submit Request. We will respond within one business day, to the email address that was used to log in,
with an official Prior Approval #, a Modification Request or a Denial. You can keep track of your Prior Approvals by clicking Approval History under the Prior Approval TAB.
